Subway in Berlin

It depends on which staff is there. No please and no thanks. Usually sloppy answers. I will avoid this shop in the future ... What a shame! By the way, online ordering does not work.

Yesterday I ordered to be picked up. I was there at the scheduled time as stated, but my order was not heeded for the second time in a row and my order was only processed in my presence. In addition, my order was incorrectly placed for every product, something was left out there and something else was added that I didn't order at all ... So the order was not edible, but that is not always the case, this time it was up to the staff what was on site at the time. (Saturday, December 20th, 2020 5:15 p.m.) Apparently it was more interesting to talk to each other instead of asking whether the occupancy is correct if you cannot identify the order on the receipt.

I just ordered a chicken teriyaki there and it was very tasty, but above all I would like to positively highlight the customer service of the male employee. Since Subway often hires students as employees, it is not uncommon that you encounter rather bad-tempered or stressed staff ... Today, however, I was very satisfied. The employee was nice, asked me (since I only wanted 4 components on my sub) if I would like to have a little more of something, which I then used because I like a lot of onions and tomatoes on my sub: P Even with all other components such as sauce and bread / bread length, the employee was very polite and courteous and did not (as has often happened) only say the bare essentials, e.g. instead of: sauce? / Which sauce? Was I asked if I already knew which sauce I would like to have on my sub ... That doesn't seem like much of a difference, but it feels a lot more human from the customer's side and you feel more at home ... Especially if you haven't been to subway that often, it can be a bit much with the large selection and it is important that you do not have the feeling that everything has to go very quickly and you have to decide directly, that you could really ask what sauces there are, for example ... In the end, it's the subtleties that make the difference! If every employee would serve me as kindly as they do today, then I would like to go to the subway more often :) PS: These macadamia cookies are soooooooooo delicious: D

No change the food was bad and the workers rude was deducted by 5 euros

Completely ordered! Ready to eat then only with contactless card !! My card is not intended for this !! I should go to a foreign bank and withdraw money! When asked who pays the fees? -> that only happens once a day anyway! Customer service looks different! Good customers lost, hopefully others will join in too! Arrogance should be punished!

After a long time I wanted to treat myself to a Sup. Because I heard veggy burgers were being offered lately. :) So today I started in a good mood on September 16, 2020 around 1:30 p.m. Quite honestly, from the greeting to the end, a really low customer performance. The young women were very rude and only rolled their eyes when asked. My colleague confirmed my opinion and pointed out not to go here for the time being. 1. Unfriendly 2. Unprofessional 3. Capricious 4.Little cola instead of a large one that you paid for 5. I had to clean the table outside myself 6. Almost all other tables were very dirty / leftover food etc. 7. Taste, well drowned in souce! I mentioned "just a little souce" because there were 2 thick lines back and forth! And then the sup was hastily closed. When I opened the whole souce already ran towards me. Wicked. Honestly, I'm going to the Thai next door again for the next few weeks. Thank you. Stoykov

Bought a Chilli Chicken Warp and wanted to eat it .... It's totally acidic and something tastes very bad ... Never again!

Generally very tasty. Unfortunately, however, some employees may not know how to wear a face mask properly; namely over the nose. Unfortunately I noticed it here regularly in the last few weeks. *** Update ***: unfortunately nothing changes. The majority of employees wear the mask properly. With a few employees, the 👃 has been hanging out regularly for weeks.

Sub of the day as a salad, was accepted and then declined again at the checkout and I had to pay the full regular price. It was insisted that I had to pay, it was also refused to convert it as a sub. Customer service = 0 So you pay money on it that you do without bread. Maybe you should rethink the one-off charge of asking a little more money than losing a long-term customer ... 😉

They have the best sandwiches, super nice staff, we eat here regularly 👍😊

Delicious. But mostly the employees made very little on my sub, for which the price is no longer fair. But otherwise I have very good experiences.

Clean, enough space, nice staff. The only thing I don't understand they let you buy small-middle or big drink, but you can refill for free all of them. So what's the point to pay for a bigger cup?

Menu is like any other subway. For this place I can say the staff is competent and smilling :)

I actually ate the worst sandwich ever there. That is off course partially my fault because I added ingredients that didn't match well. The personnel was very unfriendly and pressured you to make quick decisions which caused the problem in this case. So I'm never going to set foot in one of these subways again, I rather eat my sandwiches elsewhere.
